UK Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders placed before 1pm GMT Monday - Friday within three working days although most orders are dispatched within 24 hours, however this cannot always be guarenteed. Orders placed after 1pm, or over a weekend, will be processed the following business day. If you have any concerns about delivery times, please do not hesitate to contact us.

All our products are freshly made for you so from time to time it can happen a certain ordered product needs to be made or prepared before we can ship your order.

We use Royal Mail service for most but not all deliveries. Large or heavy orders may be shipped with a courier service. The service is a either next working day service or 48hrs service*. The shipping rate is £4.95. Please allow extra time for delivery during peak periods.

International Delivery

If you wish for your order to be delivered to an address outside of the UK please contact us on sales@sedbergh-soap.co.uk and we will guide you with options in terms of speed and cost.
