Customer Satisfaction
At Sedbergh Soap Company nothing is more important to us than customer satisfaction because we grow mainly by word-of-mouth. We like to listen to our customers whether they come and meet us at the markets or whether they found us on the internet. Making A Purchase
We have tried to make our online shop as easy to use as possible with large photos of our soaps and we hope you will find that making a purchase could not be easier. To browse our full range of soaps and gift ideas simply click on either of the ranges 'Fruit Soap', 'Herb Soap', 'Clear Soap' or 'Gift Ideas'. When you have found something you would like to buy, click 'Add to Basin'. When you are ready to go to the check out and pay just click on 'Check out' and you will be asked for a few details that we need to be able to process the order.
We accept payment via PayPal as well as credit and debit card. If you are shopping from Europe, North America or any anywhere else, place your order and your credit card company will convert the transaction to your own currency.
Offline payment option
If you don't like to purchase online and prefer the more traditional ways of doing business you are also welcome to send us your order together with a cheque made out to SEDBERGH SOAP COMPANY - and we will treat your order in the same way as our online orders.
Who are you dealing with?
Sedbergh Soap Company is part of our working sheep & cattle farm - A J PRATT. This means that when you pay online the engine begind the scenes is the very secure PayPal payment site. Your receipt and your card statement will show that you have paid PayPal - A J PRATT. This is not an error so don't be alarmed.
Postage & Packing
We charge Postage & Packaing at £3.95 per order for UK orders only. Postage will be by Royal Mail or Parcel Force. Postage & Packing (airmail) for orders outside the UK will be calculated at the checkout.
We aim to post your order within 48 hours of receiving it, and if possible the same day. But on occassion we may hit a very busy time so please allow up to 7 working days for delivery.
Back Orders
If your item is not in stock, it will automatically be back ordered and we will let you know. If you would rather not wait, you always have the option to cancel your order.
Credit Card Security
All credit card numbers are encrypted in the software when the order is placed using 128 bit encryption. For your safetySedbergh Soap Company does not receive or hold any customer credit card details and they are not held in clear text on any web site. We do not know of any documented cases of credit card fraud using our shopping system over the Internet.

Your satisfaction is too important to us for you to be unhappy about something you have bought from us. All our products come with a 21 day no quibble guarantee.
