Sedbergh Soap - Delivery

We understand that when our customers order online, they don't want to wait weeks for their goods - so we aim to dispatch your order within 3 working days of receiving it - and in most cases right away.

We keep a good level of stock of all of our different types of soap and gift items but from time to time we may hit an extra busy time and as a result, the soap you would like to buy might be out of stock - but only for a day or two - until we have made some more. But we hope you can live with the occasional delay, knowing that your soap is freshly made.

Like our soap, your order is packaged carefully by hand and we charge a fixed fee of £4.95 for postage and packaging to UK Mainland addresses. If you are ordering from outside the UK please get in touch for delivery charges to where you are.

In most cases delivery to Highlands and Islands is not subject to additional cost however, some services and couriers apply a surchanrge to some areas of the UK so it is best to get in touch before you order, if you think your order will weigh more than 2kg, packed.

We do not make any money on the delivery charges - nor any surcharge. For high value orders we may waive the surcharge or the delivery cost altogether.
